When will I receive my order?

Typically, all orders are processed, packaged and shipped within 3-5 working days once payment has cleared. This excludes national holidays and weekends. Delays should be expected during busy periods. If you have still not received your order after 14 days, please contact us at sales@bbew.co.uk.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
